There is smoke billowing up from the state forest in Seagrove directly North of Yianni's, approximately 1 mile. Anybody know whats going on?

Do HVAC units have a "recirculate inside air" function like cars do?
Wasn't my dog (though as you can see by my avatar I'm partial to chocolates), but thank you for asking. I ran into a friend posting signs and put the APB on Sowal to help him out.

I think HVAC units only recirculate inside air. Thought my house was well insulated but - NOT!

On Eastern lake. The gulf cannot clear the smoke. It smells like a house fire. It's like the movie "Silent Hill."

Sorry, I've got nothing. Usually I can Macgyver some funny yet effective solutions. 
Close all the draperies for added insulation, move the houseplants to the bedrooms for "fresh" air, kick up the air filters, dab a little Vick's under your nostrils to kill the smell, and drink lots of water to flush the tissues.
