Anyone Missing a Small Black & White Dog?

My neighbor just stopped by- a small black and white short hair dog has appeared at her house and won't leave. She said he looks and acts like someone's pet.

In the E. Mitchell/Bay Drive area. PM me- I will be in and out this afternoon.
