Okay I read the article in the DeFuniak Herald and now I am a bit confused, seems to happen quite a bit here lately. Before the ACLU visit the people making bail were gently discouraged since when they posted bail, ICE would get the illegal immigrant and deport them and they would have a time getting their money back. Now that ACLU has visited the county, the people are not being discouraged so they are posting bail, then ICE is coming and deporting the illegal immigrant and the ones posting bail are having a hard time getting their money back. So how did this help?
