Some of you were asking about Caring & Sharing on another thread. (Kurt, move this if it's in the wrong place.) I was at the WaterColor UPS today and they have a Caring & Sharing collection box, will stay there until Christmas. This makes it really easy for SoWallers to just pick up a little extra and drop it in the box. Caring & Sharing is providing hams and turkeys and is asking the community to help with: cranberry sauce, gravy, canned potatoes, canned corn, stuffing, other non-perishable veggies. In addition they need food to stock the food pantry for throughout the year: beans, rice, Ramen noodles, peanut butter, jelly, boxed cereal, canned soup, canned tuna, oatmeal, grits, canned pasta and spaghetti sauce, fruit juice, canned fruit, canned beef stew or chicken and dumplings, macaroni and cheese, etc. Share the :wub:
