Probably an off course tanker.  Happens from time to time.  It could also be headed to port PCB or some kind of Navy manuevers (sp?).

Does anyone know what kind of ship is lurking just offshore.  It is gigantic.  Looks like the ship in "Waterworld" with Kevin Costner.  Current location is between Deer Lake and Seagrove Beach.
