Hi, I'm Jack!

I recently purchased a condo at Sanctuary by the Sea and am very excited to become a part of the family of the Beaches of South Walton. I purchased the unit for retirement which is a few years away, so will be placing it on the rental market until then. Will be there a few weeks a year. Am coming down on Thursday and looking forward to it! :D

No, bought it through a realtor in May. Didn't know there wer auctioned units. Are you possibly thinking about Sanctuary at Red Fish?

I might be. I thought both had auctioned units. I imagine you got a good deal in a great development..
