freeport construction

Don't know but a Walgreens would be really nice! I've heard the Publix for Freeport has been put on hold for now. Dangit.

This morning, a Watercolor Publix employee told me that the new construction is the new Publix.

I didn't even know there was a new post office. Where is it? On old 331? I NEVER get down that way anymore.

yeah, not good for kellys, but good for freeport.... publix would be a pretty good thing for us....

I heard it was two Publics. One next to each other.

I doubt it is the Publix location, unless it is a second location (which would seem silly), as the Publix location I've heard from a very knowledgeable source, will be the 10+/- acre parcel to the south of Cotton's. The new post office is on the new 331, about a mile north of hwy 20.

maybe a CVS or Walgreens?

I would think that Publix would put in a pharmacy, but who knows?

Not that far along yet. The proposed Publix on the land south of Cotton's, will go before the Planning Board on Aug 5, 2009 and if approved, it will go before the City Commission on Aug 27, 2009
