After my wedding reception next year the bride and I would like to have a bonfire on the beach... however i have a quesion about one of the 'rules' on the permit...
"Must have property owner?s written permission if not the same as applicant."
My ideal local was the area behind the Red Bar or the stretch of beach to the west of there (state park i think?)...
Can those areas be used or do i need to approach someone with a beach house (or rent one)?
Does anyone have any suggestions or other locations?
thanks...

The county portion of the beach behind the Red Bar is open for use. However state land is just that and not governed by the county, not sure on that, but I would ask a park ranger, my money's on no for the state park.
