Sunday we got back from our annual vacation. We stayed in Magnolia cottages, and the neighbor was watching after a beautiful red Australian Mix that he had picked up in Point Washington. I am hoping he has found the rightful owner. The dog was a beautiful, solid red female australian shepherd or mix. Extremely sweet.
On a sad note, after we picked up our pups from the kennel, a visitor left the gate open, and our beautiful bull-boxer puppy Rudy was struck by a car and left to die in the road. Kind strangers helped him find his way home, but the vet couldn't save him. I am so saddenned by the fact that the people who hit him didn't even stop.
I would like to know the outcome for the beatufil red dog that kept us company on our vacation. Please let me know if you know anything.
