:wave:My husband and I are relocating here and are looking to rent for awhile until we get the feel of it and buy. We love 30-A. Anyone have a house with at least 2 bedrooms and within walking distance to the beach? We need something as soon as possible.

I have some friends who have 9 months left on a year lease. The home is at least 1800 sq ft and has 3bd rms and 2&1/2bths. Large master bd & bth and large LR & kitchen and tons of storage. Its 2 blks to the beach off of 30A in Blue Mtn Beach. They are paying only $1250 plus utilities.

They are moving to Calif. let me know if this is of interest.
