Cards and Letters to Local Military who are Deployed

Here is a way to express gratitude for local military members who are deployed from Eglin and Hurlburt:

Letters to the Troops

Over 700 young men and women deployed from Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB need your kindness this holiday season. Reach out with a word from home to let them know they are appreciated and help make a difference as they spend time away from home.

The Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce is collecting and sending letters and cards of encouragement and gratitude to deployed troops. Write a short letter and drop it off by the Chamber or stop by and write it at the Chamber (they have all the supplies you need). The Chamber will make sure your card or letter gets to the troops this holiday season.

All letters must be turned in by November 30.
