Check out some pictures from a brief tour of the New Emerald Coast Middle School. I was very impressed with the progress and I'm excited that we have these new amenities available in South Walton. It is an impressive facility with tremendous potential. Great Job to the Walton County Facilities manager, the general contractors (Elkins) and the architect. About a mile east of 395 on the north side of 98. There is a nice tree buffer which I hope will remain.

My recollection is that we do not own the property between the road and school. We had to get an easement from the Florida Forestry Department. Certainly, they will not want to cut those trees!
