County is taking bids to widen certain parts from the two lane to a four lane divided Hwy. I would have guessed the project to go further up north than described....

While the bridge is a bottleneck, it is not near as much of a bottleneck as all those people turning between the bay and Freeport. At least making that a three lane would speed things up considerably. And the same when you get north of the by-pass going through Woodlawn.
