WaltonCounty Board of County Commissioners is accepting applications for aSouth Walton TDC advisory seat vacancy. This seat must be filled byan Owner/Operator of motels, hotels, recreational vehicle parks orother tourist accommodations in the county and subject to bed taxcollection. The seats term ends November 2014.


Guidelinesand applications for the following are available at the receptiondesk of the Walton County Tourist Development Council, 25777 US Hwy331 S, Santa Rosa Beach. You may download an application from thepartner site at www.visitsouthwalton.org

Sure. I'm in. Sowallers, here's what I need from you. Pls go ahead and start an LLC. Purchase one of the gulf front homes available for rent. It would be best if it was a nice really big turnkey operation. But something that will bring in enough to cover management fees, taxes, insurance, upkeep, etc.

Then go ahead and put me down as 51% owner of the LLC...
