The Board of County Commissioners appointed five new terms on the nine member Advisory Council at the BCC meeting this past Tuesday, December 11, 2012. Commissioner Cindy Meadows was appointed Chairperson, seat #1, Pam Avera now represents seat #9 and Tim Norris, who has previously served on the council, was appointed seat #3. Amy Wise-Coble and Scott Russell were reappointed in seats #4 and #7 respectively. Avera, Norris, Wise-Coble and Russell hold their seats until 2016, at which time the seats will reopen for application.
