Kurt - These pictures are nothing short of AMAZING! My dad & stepmom come to this area every year and my family has plans to come w/them this year. We aren't coming until August, but we are watching the storms!

Your photo of the approaching son blew my 12 year old away- in Napoleon Dynamite fashion, he said "Dang that picture is cool! Way better than any in National Geographic!" But I'm sure you have other things to think about at this moment instead of your future world wide fame!?!

Thanks LandLocked. Know of any links to Magnolia Springs, AL or Perdido Bay, near Lillian, AL? My grandfather's house is on Red Bluff there, and we just got it fixed up from Ivan, and now..well..I'm fearing the worst!

I think the Perdido Bay area did pretty well. I found this forum for the Gulf Shores area. Not even close to what this board is but it does have some residents online that may be able to help you.
