The lawsuit may proceed. Time will tell, but the judge denied the injunction to stop the purchase and also denied an instant motion to stay. Given these circumstances, the closing should proceed as planned this week.

As I understand it, the former Grayton Grand property is to be used as a park-n-ride location.
Parking garage with retail.
