House on Grayton Beach

Who is building the HUGE house beachfront on Grayton beach next to the eastern state park?

The owner name on the Walton County tax appraisers Web site is WALTON GUS B JR REV LIVING TST. Mailing addres is somewhere in AR.

A trust with the last name Walton, from somewhere in Arkansas? Maybe related to Sam Walton founder of Walmart?
