What if Destin and SoWal combine forces to try to make a new County, not a municipality?

Seriously? Destin does not really want to join Walton County. Destin has a lower sales tax, more amenities, an actual harbor, and not nearly as pretentious as the 30A crowd. (South) Walton County is controlled by them ol' boys, and girls, in Defuniak Springs..
Actually, the folks in Defuniak are controlled by folks in your hood.
