Communicating with State Legislators

I have sent the following to the Governor and several Legislators, please do the same if you agree, thank you.

I believe it is extremely important for the citizens to have the ability to send their thoughts/concerns to all State legislators with one email instead of having to do so individually, what does it take to make that happen? Thanks again,
