Pay attention people. If we are going to slow the ruin of this place we can not allow developments this dense. More than a couple of units per acre is going to be our ruin. The apartments, condos and townhomes are big enough of a problem. Keep single family home lot sizes reasonable.

example - with retention ponds, roads, common areas, etc ... this development is a massive number of homes on tiny lots:

Lakeview Subdivision Plat
-
Request to continue to the December 18,
2018 BCC meeting. Project number PLA18
-
000026 is being reviewed by Bob Baronti. This is a plat application submitted by Innerlight Engineering
Corp., on behalf of Seaside Acquisition Group, LLC. , requesting approval
to plat 57 single family lots on 19.72+/
-
acres with a future land use of Small Neighborhood.
The project is located from the intersection of US Highway
98 and US 331 east four miles, right on Thompson Road, the parcel is
located on the eastern side of Thompson Road

I wonder if the BCC would postpone until January? Is there any history of taking holidays into consideration? Nothing like having meetings so close to holidays that it is difficult for people to attend. I suppose the next best thing is lots of emails.
