We are coming from the west & always drive due south from I-10 at Milton(past Pensacola) and hit Hwy98, the drive East. I love that route, but had heard that the hurricane may have damaged (washed out) portions of this highway? Is it now 4 lanes or is some still 2 lanes? Or should I just stay on I-10 until I exit to the mid-way bridge at Destin? :idontno:

It may actually be all four lanes by now. Eastbound traffic shouldn't be too bad unless you attempt during the morning crunch to Destin.
