Our loss is your gain.

If there is anyone in Sowal who knows someone who always wanted a residential elevator please respond to this any way that you wish or pass it to a friend.

We were completely stuck by a customer with an elevator. It has a range of three floors and can serve the tallest single family home in Walton County. Installed it has a value of $20,000 plus. We are very, very negotiable and will design and install the proper shaft quickly and completely. This can be in new construction or in a finished home retrofit.

This is really right on the mark.... WHO IS THE BEST PRICED BUILDER APPLES TO APPLES??? Try it without looking at answers

1) Pick your favorite number between 1-9
2) Multiply by 3 then
3) Add 3, then again Multiply by 3 (I'll wait while you get the calculator....)
4) You'll get a 2 or 3 digit number....
5) Add the digits together
Now Scroll down ..............

Now with that number you can see for yourself who it adds up to from the list below :

1. Thomas Jefferson
2. Milton Friedman
3. Abraham Lincoln
4. Jesus Christ
5. ScooterBug
6. Benjamin Franklin
7. Noah
8. Brandon Jacobs
9. Chambers Street Builders,Inc.
10. New Creations

I know....We just have that effect on people.... :-) Believe it! PS. Stop picking different numbers. Happy Holidays everyone!

Hey John, you might see if there might be a way to contact older churches with your elevator idea. You may find one trying to retrofit to offer ADA access. Can your elevator be modified to hit only two floors if that is what is in the area for churches?
I outfitted two churches when I was back in MN and got a great deal because I hooked the two churches together in the deal and they both got a better deal that they could afford.
I would think any older building looking to update their ADA position would be interested.

Thanks for the thought. This is a residential elevator and would not be code compliant for the use you suggested.

Habitat for humanity possibly? I realize that's a donation, but could you use the right off?

I'm having a great time dealing with the IRS and a $500,000 assessment right now. Yesterday they'd subordinate, the day before they wouldn't, 5 days ago they would, 10 days ago they wouldn't. My revenue officer and I are all but dating we chill together so much. I'll ask her tomorrow about your idea. Can I give her your number in case she has any questions about the logistics???

I prefer to keep my distance from the IRS. Have you considered calling Roni Deutch?

Nah. I'm the kind of idiot who plans to pay the tax in full. I am learning a bit about priority of liens and taking the IRS to Court though. I'll probably be better off for the experience if I live to be 78.
