Need help making handmade picture frames

I need someone with woodworking tools to help me make about 2 dozen picture frames in various sizes for an upcoming art presention. I'm hoping to find some rustic or unfinished wood strips that will need a rabbet and mitered corners. Anyone have the tools and some free time? Cost has to be fair, starving artist here.... Thanks!
