Can anyone suggest a very beginner yoga class around the south walton or destin area? Am not in the best shape but want to start with something. Someone told me about a seniors yoga class in Sandestin at 9 am on Saturday? Does anyone know of this?
Any suggetions are welcome.

I have practiced yoga for 10 years and any class and teacher will work with you. It is really easy to learn and the teacher will help you in the class . Everyone else in the class will do their own thing. With yoga you are only working on yourself and you don't worry about other people in the room. Go for it and you will be so rewarded.

Unfortunately some teachers will allow or even encourage beginners to try things they shouldn't, risking injury to body and ego.
