Retail business on 30A

How is the retail market on 30A? We have been in retail all our life ( beginning in 1975), and would like to have a small shop on 30A when we retire there in about two years. We have noticed several new shops opened. Wecwere really impressed with the cottage shops beside the Whiskey Bravo restaurant.
