Needed: soffit/siding repair

I'm not sure what type of business to contact for this job.

When it rains with strong winds, we get water intrusion where the soffit (under the roof overhang) meets the stucco exterior wall. Need someone with a long extension ladder to seal that joint.

Any suggestions?
