I currently have openings in all the mat classes, Monday at 5:30 PM and Wednesday/Friday at 9:00 AM. The classes are one hour and costs $10. I also can take a few more clients for Personal Training on the equipment. I recently received training in post natal and back care pilates exercises. The exercises are a gentle way to get the core back in shape without any stress on the body. Two people can share a personal training session, so if you have friend that will exercise with you give me a call at 850-585-3051 or 850-622-0855. This is the time of get in shape for summer. Hey MeaMea :wave: Hubba and I are hooked on Stott Pilates. Our oldest gull just opened a studio up here in Gallatin, TN. Anyhow, when we come down on and off, we may try to get in to see you. 😀 She got certified in Memphis. Did you have to travel far to get certified? It's really incredible what the small moves done correctly can do. It's really helping us gain some muscle. Now if I could get over my chocolate addiction. 😀

I was lucky to be living in Springfield, Mo where there was a Certification Studio. Lately I have been going to South Florida to get my continuing education credits. I think that Stott is the one of the most thourough certification courses. Give me a call when you are in town if your want to keep up your exercises. I have several out of town clients.

Yes, weather permitting, I have the mat classes on my enclosed pool deck overlooking the bay. A great setting for Pilates. My studio is in my home in the Mac Bayou area near San Destin
