Gulf Coast Ironman Triathlon is today, in Panama City Beach. Beware of traffic delays on Hwy 98. I believe it started at 7am this morning, and will end at midnight. Talk about crazy extreme athletes. If you get a chance, go watch some of these guys and gals. This is the full Ironman event.
