I just purchased these perfect pushups. They seem to really be working for me. Sorry about the green skin. I get that way when exerted!

Those things must work since I can't do one with those things.

I'll stick with the good old fashioned ones, I think I couldn't do it because I was afraid it was going to twist weird and rip my arms out of their sockets. 😱

They actually work quite well without the wrist discomfort. I do have a problem with the in close ones though.

Bobby; You know I do my pushups in the sand for the wrist issues. But you know, if you always do more pushups per set than your age, you will always be getting in better shape as you get older!!! Ha!

Try doing a set with your feet resting on something higher then your back. Like a reverse incline. It is harder and you get a better workout that way. You can still move your hands in closer and out farther but keep your feet up. You can even rest them on a chair.

I got these at Christmas and I've been impressed too. Much more complete feeling pushup. I doubled up on the "as advertised on TV" gear and bought the iron gym too - the pull up bar for your door frame. Much to my suprise it actually supported my 250 lbs. Now if somebody would just make beer that makes you lose belly fat i'd be an Adonis....

Show up late for my class and I'll show you how to do pushups!
I had a fitness evaluation at the Y a couple of weeks ago. In most categories, I scored between, "Get some exercise, lard@$$" and "OMC, I can't believe you're still alive!" But I was at the top of the chart for women in pushups. Gotta love military school...😀
