Tour de California update

Levi still leading and Lance Romance has his bikes back after being stolen in Sacremento. In Paso Robales today Solvang for Pastries tomorrow. You all should watch....oh Yeah Mediacom doesn't have Versus. Goggle tour De Cali for our Webcast. Live to over 200 countries but not So Wal.

We found that out the hard way the summer we came down to the beach for a week--in July. Quel horreur!! No Tour de France on the TV. :yikes: My husband had to cycle to the Tom Thumb every morning to pick up a copy of the Atlanta paper to see who'd won the previous day's stage. (Back when you could get an Atlanta paper in SoWal, that is.) We're following the Tour de California now though not as religiously as the Tour de France.

Even better than the pastries is the fudge made on the big marble slabs right in front of you. It's been a long time since I've been there, but I'm sure the fudge place is still there. They made the best fudge I've ever eaten in my life. Every kind was excellent. Eat some for me and post back on SoWal how good it was so we can live vicariously through you.

Solvang Pastries are the Bomb. Levi crushes the field again!!! Lance Romance still falling back but looks good for having been off for 3 years. Rose Bowl Tomorrow, then San Diego and Levi will win again. Maybe he can ride in France this year? Peace
