We will be filming a regular segment featuring local children ? ages 4 -14 who aspire to be chefs. Our family friendly segment will teach nutrition, cooking skills and math skills while showcasing a young chef in our community. With the current economic environment many families are cutting back, not only on eating out, but also on children?s activities. Casting Call - Kids in the Kitchen with Sarah K. and 30A Television

DESTIN, FL (June 12th 2009)- Sarah K's Gourmet (www.sarahks.com ) has teamed with 30a Media Inc (www.30atelevision.com ) to reach out to our local community as well as combat childhood obesity. We will be filming a regular segment featuring local children ? ages 4 -14 who aspire to be chefs.

Our family friendly segment will teach nutrition, cooking skills and math skills while showcasing a young chef in our community.

kids who enjoy cooking qualify? Or just young kids who want to be chefs? I have a candidate, but she's 6, and she really isn't sure about the whole career thing...😀 ...let me know if she can enter!!!!!!
