Blue Mountain Surf will be hosting the Surf Spooktacular Costume Contest during the event, with great prizes from our sponsors: Yolo Board, Kialoa Paddles, Pat O'Brien's, and more! We will also be holding a harbor clean up, with prizes for helping clean our harbor.
