Help! Kayak and surfboard missing -- Eastern Lake area

Please help me recover a red Hobie tandem kayak and a Bluebrand blue & white longboard that are missing from Lakewood townhomes on Shannon Drive in Seagrove Beach.

The kayak was tied up behind the townhouse on the lawn. The surfboard was on the screened backporch, so someone must have entered the porch area and taken it. I can think of no other possible explanation?? :confused:

Has anybody seen either of these items? Or does anyone have any information?? :idontno:
