Ladies Fitness Groups?

Are there any formal, or informal groups, for women my age, let's say 30, to walk, jog or bike together near the west end of 30A? I live inside the state park but I am willing to come out and having exercise buddies might help me be more motivated. I'd definitely be more motivated if the cold weather went away, this is ridiculous!
