Looks like some good swell/surf for the weekend!!!!! Yeah! It will be windy but if you can find a protected spot it could be good. Have fun and be safe it might get big. I would recommend using caution if inexperienced.

Tonight

Those days have passed Dune-ahh. Now I wait for the winds to get right and if it happens at midnight I fall asleep thinking of an old dear friend that has passed. Nicky Frye and I would set his old truck up on the beach in Grayton and shine the headlights toward the water... The good ol' days... ;-)

Funn weekend of surf at the right sandbars. It was fast a dumpy but if you looked around you probably caught some good waves. The extended forecast looks to be quite promising.

Destin Surf Report, Surf Forecast and Surf Webcams

Should begin on Friday through the weekend. Not good for the fishing but lots of waves for surfing! :clap:

surfed for the first time since hurricane bill last august and the first time in the gulf in years this morning. it was surprisingly fun and i'm glad i went out. didn't look to hot this evening, but it's not flat. might head to shell island in the manana...

just a tad, but not as bad as I thought i would be. i am stoked on surfing again. i don't know how i stayed out of the water so long!

Surfed today from 8-11 am. Pretty tired. The waves were thumping. Lots of fun. I must say, I was quite depressed though as I sat out there with some of my best buds. This oil spill has me sick and sad. :(
