Hi. I'm a newbie to this forum, but not to the lovely area of 30A. My family and I are coming down in a couple weeks, and I'm trying to recall a little bar I stumbled upon back in 2007. It was in a little strip mall, I want to say in either Blue Mountain or Santa Rosa, and there was this awesome bluegrassy jug band playing! I can't remember the name of the bar or the band. The bar was just a single room, bar at the back. I think it was also a restaurant, but we just had drinks. There was a small patio in front. Definitely mostly locals. Any help would be appreciated!

Was it on 30A or 98? If 30A it might have been Blue Orleans which is now closed, if 98 could have been Jambone which is now closed but has re-opened as Shoo Mamas.

I think you mean Blue Orleans - it has closed, and so has the restaurant that took over its space.

Theres no jug band around here, but the closest thing to one was the Waco Ramblers, no longer around.
I think you guys are right, it was Blue Orleans. Definitely on 30A. And Waco Ramblers sounds right as well. Thx so much!
