Staying at Watersound beach. Fishing is good catching lots of ladyfish and some pompano from the Versa board around the 2nd sandbar. I have seen two sharks and a sea turtle. June grass is heavy like pea soup. I was wondering if other folks in the area are experiencing the heavy June grass as well. We were in Mexico beach a few days ago and it was crystal clear. May have to load up the family and take a trip back there for the day.

KurtAdminSoWal2,475 postsJoined View profileMessageAdminYep - pretty heavy, and Saragassum also. There may be some clear spots here and there but with little wave action it's likely to be around and stationary until the next heavy surf.
