My family is headed to the Grayton Beach area for a vacation at the end of Oct. It will be our second time to FL. We stayed at Grayton Beach State Park last time and loved it and plan to spend some time there again on this trip, but my kids (ages 9 and 11) really want to take surfing lessons. I don't want to spend our entire vacation driving, but I would like to find an area where the kids can take lessons for a day or two. Recommendations for beaches and surf shops would be very much appreciated!

Make sure to stop by SK8 30A BOARD SHOP while vacationing on 30A! We have YOLO (stand up paddle boards) for rent & can give lessons! There is often surfers at the Blue Mountain Beach access which is near the shop. We can definitely send you in the right direction and make sure that you are hooked up with what ever you need while in the area! Please check out our website before you head this way! www.sk830a.com
