A fun and challenging race, CrossFit style, for your Labor Day weekend. The run will take place Saturday, September 3rd at 30a CrossFit, 9961 East Co. Hwy 30a in Seacrest. We'll start with a group warm up at 8 a.m. then explain the movements (this isn't just a run) and the run will start at 8:30. Go here for more info.
