Just a heads up that Ironman Florida is this weekend if anyone was planning on heading toward Panama City. Bike course map is here:

I'd expect delays at the US 98/FL 79 traffic light early to mid morning, and then again after lunch when the cyclists start coming back in.

There are usualy a few stands at the finish line and plenty of space along the run course to put a lawn chair out for a spell.
