‘Pause for Paws’ Yoga Class benefiting Dog-Harmony, Inc

It’s time for another Pause for Paws Yoga Class benefiting Dog-Harmony, Inc. Optikk 30A will be hosting once again at our optical boutique located in Redfish Village. We hope you’ll make plans to join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating class lead by Michelle Meagher who volunteers her time and talent to support Dog-Harmony, Inc. All you need to bring is a mat, towel, water and a suggested $10 donation. All proceeds from the event will be donated to Dog-Harmony, Inc.

Dog-Harmony, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Santa Rosa Beach, FL who’s focus is on education and training for humans and dogs to reduce the shelter population.

To find out more about Dog-Harmony and to register for the class visit www.dog-harmony.org/events

We also ask out of respect for those participating that you leave your furry 4-legged members at home.
Dog-Harmony volunteers will be present to answer any questions and may bring one of their rescues for you to meet.
