Mindfulness In The Age Of Multitasking By Honin Zenji 5/18 6:30pm

"Mindfulness In the Age of Multitasking" is the title of a talk to be given on May 18 to the Emerald Coast Meditation Society. Our speaker is Honin Zenji, a Zen Buddhist priest and teacher now residing in Santa Rosa Beach.

He has conducted retreats in the United States and Europe. He has worked with veterans with PTSD and with women with postpartum depression. He was ordained in 1994 and is the founder of Gulf Coast Zen. His Facebook page is Richard Honin Kolosky
