Enjoy two passed starters of Old Fashioned Glazed Bison Meatballs and Manhattan Shrimp. Each of these will be paired with the Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned.


As the sun sets and we set sail on the beautiful waters of Destin,, enjoy a Mint Julep Salad with Lamb, paired with Eagle Rare & EH Taylor. Our featured course is the Bourbon Barrel Salmon, paired with Blanton’s Bourbon. Our Last Call course will be a Banana Bourbon Cheesecake, perfectly paired with the Buffalo Trace Cream Liqueur.
