Biker Dave's Memorial Ride

Hello fellow SoWaler's. We just wanted to share with you that today will be the annual memorial ride for "Biker Dave". Dave was a wonderful, hard working family man. He was working extra hours so he could have a special Christmas for his Grandchildren. This was when there was road construction and no signal light at Hwy 98 and "Old Blue Mountain Road". Traffic was bad and an individual made a really bad decision that resulted in Dave's passing. This memorial ride is to respect Dave, but also to play it forward. There is a turkey shoot and a bake sale annually specifically to raise funds that are donated to Caring and Sharing in Dave's name. These funds help purchase toys for local children at Christmas. If you would like to donate, please contact Caring and Sharing. If you would like to leave flowers or something in memory., You can't miss the cross at Hwy 98 and County Rd 83. Please know that there will be motorcycle riders in that area in the afternoon today around 3:30pm. Your love and support is appreciated.
