She has generously agreed to instruct a Coffee Cupping event with our staff and with all our customers who’d like to attend.
Coffee cupping, similar to a sommelier's wine tasting is a process coffee professionals practice to ascertain the attributes of the beans. This include the aroma - dry, aroma brewed as well as the aroma & flavor profiles in the mouth.
