Chef Brandon Bailey of Table 30A is kicking off the series with:
Mishima Reserve Wagyu Flatiron paired with garlic whipped potatoes · grilled broccolini · veal demi-glace
Behind the bar, Distillery 98 will be pouring martinis and craft cocktails all night, plus a featured cocktail pairing created especially for the dinner.
And this is only the beginning. Meat & Martinis returns every other Thursday through December 17, with a new menu and featured cocktail each time.
