Flip Flops is in Grand Isle on the curve in Seagrove along with Amavide, Design, La Botana.

Also - Sally's or Blue Orleans in BMB, Jambone or Salty Dog's in SRB, Hurricane's, D&K's or Red Bar in GB, Smiling Fish or Stinky's in Dune Allen.

Sorry if I left anyone out.

Anyone who knows what "debris" is when referring to a poboy should make a good one.

Stinky's.

But I can walk to Flip-Flops. Not to say that I don't like their po' boys, but at Flip-Flops I prefer the burgers.

It's hard to get past those burgers, but the po' boys are grayt too and I would definitely give the burritos a try. I really gotta get down there for lunch. :leaving:

Thank you all...I just decided it is fruitless to try and lose the 5 or so lbs. I have gained before I get to sowal! Yo, jdarg...boo yah!

Going to Hurricane Oyster bar this evening for po boys and fish tacos. We did Stinkys Sunday night and had ordered to go, got back to WC area and had to go back due to some issues with the meals. Really nice manager took care of us. There slaw and sauces are absolutely amazing.

Thanks for all the Flip-Flips recommendations...I grew up in Bayou Country and have been eating real Po-Boys my entire life...and the most important ingredient in a Po-Boy is having REAL Po-Boy bread...not a Hoagie Roll...we use real New Orleans Po-Boy bread...lightly toasted. Our Fried Shrimp Po-Boy is covered in our Homemade Remoulade and dressed with Shredded Lettuce and Thin Sliced Tomatoes...oh and we hand Batter our Shrimp in a special seasoned mixture....Hope to see you soon!
