Had the grilled cobia (large chunk, perfectly cooked) with soft eggs on gouda grits garnished with baby arugula. We also split a short stack 'cuz just had to try the cakes... also very good. Wonderful crispy edges, not too thick, not too thin... just right. Definitely NOT icky sticky cakes which I abhor.
