I love cheese (not particular about type), mayonnaise and mustard, pickles and onion (prefereably red). Bun plain or toasted- usually plain 'cause I'm just that lazy

I like medium cooked with cheese, Lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, and mustard. I wouldn't mind a toasted bun but I guess I am a little lazy in that department too!

Beef burger medium rare w/ cheddar cheese (melted, not just placed on top) in a good bun. Maybe a lettuce leaf on top.
Served with a crisp kosher dill pickle spear, good fries w/ ketchup for dipping and an ice cold beer.
Preferably eaten outdoors with a pleasing view, nice breeze, and good company.

I usually go bunless, but don't mind it on my plate. Medium to medium rare with a yummy deli mustard. I like cheese, but don't always order it that way-I prefer a stinky blue. Wouldn't mind trying a pecorino or gruyere-dangitall, I'm hungry!!

I like mine pretty well done, with melted cheddar or some good blue cheese, mustard, a touch of mayo, red onion, pickles, and a leaf of lettuce. Sometimes, I skip the lettuce and I always skip tomatoes unless I've assembled it myself, because tomatoes just get nasty when placed on a hot beef patty.
and a toasted bun. always a toasted bun.

I like mine medium well with swiss cheese and grilled onions and ketchup. Along with fries.

.
Medium-well with a little taco salsa mixed into the beef.
Topped with tomato, sweet onion, & lettuce. Gotta have mayonnaise and spicy mustard (no cheese).

I have 3 favorites:
1..bacon cheeseburger, medium well, garlic butter toasted bun, lots of pickles, shredded lettuce and mustard
2. tostada burger from Chris Madrids in San Anonio: thin burger cooked on flat top so it's crusty and well done, a very cheddar cheesy and bean tostada thrown on top but all inside of a nicely griddled buttered bun, salsa fresca and jalapenos on top
3. medium well burger with boursin cheese, bread and butter pickles, toasted bun and peppercorn sauce on the side with griddled bun
If I wasn't hugely full from mexican food and gelato this evening, I'd be salivating right now!

Just had an amazing burger made by my in laws last night. Stuffed Bacon Cheeseburgers Recipe : Tyler Florence : Food Network
For topping I usually like any type of cheese, a little mayo, lettuce, avocado & occasionally tomatoes.
Doesn't matter if the bun is toasted or not.

Just finished mine. Lean hamburger seasoned with salt/pepper/garlic & a little Cajun seasoning. Grilled medium well & served on a toasted bun with mustard & mayo, lettuce, home-grown tomato slice, a few sweet vidallia onion rings n a few spicy dill pickle chips. Mmmmmm good!

BTW, for those of you that live in areas with Best Maid brand pickles, my mom has turned me on to, IMO, the best store bought pickle ever.......jalapeno bread and butter pickles. I've eaten half the jar since I bought them on Sunday morning-as in yesterday morning!!!
